    INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR Reports to: Chief of Staff Status: Flexible Secure Records Solutions is a family-owned Document Management company specializing in Document Shredding, Scanning and Storage solutions. Responsibilities: This role is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team’s activities in order to maximize the team’s performance and expand their capacity to provide sustainable growth for the company. Responsibilities • Nuturing the exisiting sales pipeline through routine follow-ups through various methods including phone calls, email, and LinkedIn. • Run reports and mine data in Salesforce to garner insights and formulate effective strategies to move propsects through the sales process resulting in new client relationships. • Work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing to execute email drip campaigns and other marketing strategies/promotions to convert leads to closed opportunitites. • Set appointments, participate in sales meetings in order to produce followup for prospects/clients. • Assist sales team with proposals, RFPs and other sales documentation that helps the team efficiently reach more prospects. • Help the Solutions Manager with inbound sales calls generated by Marketing efforts and help manage follow-up until client closes. • Assist with conferences and other targeted sales efforts, as needed. • Identify additional sales opportunities through client follow-up; • Streamline client feedback and engagement through seamless referring experience requesting testimonials through useful tools (i.e. Google Reviews). Requirements: • Self-motivated. • Professional. • Detail-orientated. • Tech savvy. • Curious. Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s in a related field; Business or Marketing preferred. • 2 years previous sales or marketing experience. • Must pass a pre-employment background check and substance abuse screening with random drug screenings thereafter
