    BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER 

    Location: Thomasville, GA
    Pay Rate: Based on experience 
    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM 
     
     
    This locally owned company was launched in August 2020 as a response to the growing strain placed on healthcare facilities and the corresponding need for records custodianship in the event of retirement or closure. They take responsibility for providing release of information services for records after healthcare providers stop seeing patients. With 30+ years of experience solving complex healthcare records problems, the Leadership Team is uniquely qualified to respond to this need in the Records Information Management (RIM) industry. The team has leveraged this experience to design a solution that provides compliance, continuity of care, and cost certainty so providers don’t have to worry about their patients having access to care after closing. The company addresses service gaps in the industry by providing a single solution for hardcopy and digital, medical and business records, with the capacity to conduct projects throughout the United States. 
     
    We’re looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Project Manager to work closely with the executive team to lead the company into the next phase of growth. This position will play a key role in managing cross-functional projects, executing and implementing new systems and processes, and managing all aspects of client transitions.

    Position Description
    • Manages client transitions including contracting, payment, project scope of work, logistics, inbounding of digital data, workflow, and processing of requests. 
    • Manages all vendor relationships including third-party records partners, IT/EMR vendors, managed services provider, and logistics partners. 
    • Ensures a positive client and patient experience with a focus on removing customer pain points and ensuring the proper ROI protocol. 
    • Oversees release of information (ROI) processing in a HIPAA-compliant manner with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a strict and secure process to prioritize and fulfill requests. 
    • Manages technology platforms including HIPAA-compliant secure filesharing site and closed network electronic records storage system. 
    • Implements and manages all business platforms including phone system/handling, client management and ROI ticketing software, and electronic data systems. 
    • Works alongside project team going onsite for client projects/pick-ups, reviewing inventory, retention, and index strategy. 
    • Organizes company communication and document management through Microsoft 365 products (Outlook and OneDrive). 
    • Facilitates and leads company weekly meeting, updating agenda and taking/posting notes. 
    • Produces weekly and monthly reports sharing data/KPIs related to both service experience and sales. 
    • Manages Billing/Accounts Receivable with clients via Stripe and QuickBooks.  
    • Coordinates Accounts Payable with vendors. 
    • Other administrative support, as needed. 
     
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years previous Project Management experience required.
    • Healthcare or Records & Information Management experience a plus. 
    • Ability to travel. 
    • Ability to lift and move containers up to 30 lbs. with the capacity to stand, lift or move for long periods of time.
