    The Thomasville-Thomas County Chamber of Commerce announced the winners for its 2018 Community Impact Awards during a ceremony held in front of over 200 attendees on Thursday, November 8th.
     
    Twenty-six businesses, organizations and professionals were announced as final nominees and public voting for the awards took place during the month of October. Winners were decided based on total number of votes per category.

    The 2018 Chamber Award Winners were:
    Small Business of the Year - Taste of Thomasville Food Tour


    Large Business of the Year - Southern Regional Technical College


    Non-Profit of the Year - Lives Without Limits


    Manufacturer of the Year - Sweet Grass Dairy


    2018 Legacy Award - Battery Source


    Entrepreneur of the Year - Cadence Kidwell


    Man of the Year - Frank Delaney, Jr. "Poppa D"


    Woman of the Year -Dara Barwick


    The Bob "Hutch" Hutchison Service Award - Liz Williams
