Cost of course is $155 (includes textbook)
Participants should register at least two weeks prior to the class so they will have time to read and review the textbook. Textbook and study guide will be issued upon registration. The class provides 6 hours of instruction and review in preparation for the final exam, which will be administered at the end of class. If you successfully complete the exam, you will be issued a certificate from the Educational foundation of the National Restaurant Association. This certificate will be honored for 5 years.
